QuantDog Lite (the “App”) provides crypto market alerts and strategy signals, including notifications for turning points (high/low alerts), volatility alerts, and spot/futures strategy signals. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide investment advice, trading advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of returns. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
2. Risk Disclosure
Crypto and quantitative trading involve significant risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, model risk, system risk, and network/device failures. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should fully understand these risks before making any decision.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (Auto-Renewable)
- Paid features are offered via Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions).
- If your purchase is not reflected, use “Restore Purchases” in the App.
- Prices may vary by region, taxes, and App Store pricing policies. The App Store display prevails.
4. Notifications
The App may send push notifications for alerts if you grant notification permission. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose.
- You agree not to interfere with the App’s security, integrity, or availability.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, profit loss, or data loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on any content.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and/or in the App. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s domicile. If any dispute arises out of or in connection with the App or these Terms, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts at the developer’s domicile.
